Free your Lower Back...
for beginner is conceived as an exploration of the fundamental laws of movement.
I will help you to learn how to let go of the extra effort in the lower back, so often related to lower back pain, reduced mobility and loss of vitality.
In the second part of this series we will look into emotions and the body and learn how to recognise anxiety or other patterns that can contribute to the pain and how and move away from them.
The class will also make your Yoga practice easier and more elegant as you will learn to reduce effort in challenging postures.
Please, wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and your sense of curiosity.
Never practised Awareness Through Movement and want to try!
